How do I track my order?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.


Where do I track my order?
You can track your order by entering the tracking information you have received from your confirmation email via http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html if sent with DHL. Or https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ if sent with Royal Mail.

How can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange your item for a different item, then please check on our website for current stock levels to avoid disappointment. If the exchange request is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then we can either issue a refund or store credit. Returns terms above apply to Exchanges as well.

Orders placed before 1pm UK time will be normally be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday, otherwise on the next business day). Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday or business day following a public holiday.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order.

Exchanges / refunds will be issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

UK RETURNS & ROW RETURNS: Unfortunately we are unable to offer any free returns. We recommend choosing your most reliable service and sending your parcel tracked.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags and packing.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
